where can I buy electric mixer
You can google “milk frother” or foarmer. Maybe in US, there are several in the Walmart or you can purchase at Amazon.
how much did that matcha cost you?
It’s around 12 euros/ 200g in retail price, and there are several packages for professionals such as 1kg and 5kg.
What country do you live in, it looks like your ingredients are in French, are you living in France?
I live in Sothern France, pretty near Monaco.
Ahh ok. so you’re of Japanese descent and live in Monaco? I’m French myself
This is great, Pausethe. Thanks for sharing!
anybody know what the sweet matcha is called? if there actually is a sweet kind?
is there a need to sift the matcha prior to use both for hot tea and for green tea cappucino?
Thanks.
In case you use Matcha mixture, you don’t need. In other case and for any purpose, you should always sift Matcha just before you start using it.
I just came back from Shaolin training in Jamaica and was offered Matcha ALL the time.
The cappuccino you just made could fetch $8-$12 at “high-end” tea shops easily! Thank you for sharing this, I can continue my Matcha-ways
.
lol I love him.
Very well done.
One question, I have unsweetened regular matcha. How much sugar should I add to this recipe you show?
probably one teaspoon of your prefered sweetner. agave nectar is popular nowadays.
i drink this twice a week, this stuff is pretty good!!
Thank you for the info.

What could be a reason when
this drink cause diarrhea?
@lazziieut It’s the sweet-matcha that he’s using.
@pickupwomen It works with any milk. I think he’s using regular cow’s milk though. Cow’s milk foams the easiest.
It seems you really love matcha
