Making a Cappuccino with My Rancilio Silvia

This is how I make my Cappuccino with my Rancilio Silvia. I grind my Black Cat Coffee Beans fresh in my Solis Maestro Plus Burr Grinder…then I pull 2 shots of espresso into a nice round cup, topped with fine foam and milk…ahhh the Perfect Drink for me.

I don’t think we are gonna make alot of espresso bcuz its more like boba tea and ice shave shop. Do I have to get commercial espresso machine or I can have home use espresso machine?

How do you grind coffee beans?

Here’s the deal: Husband goes to grocery and buys coffee. Comes home and notices he bought whole bean instead of ground coffee. We don’t have a coffee grinder and don’t want to buy one. Is there a way to grind the beans some other way with common household items?

Can I use the coffee beans straight from the grocery store? Or do I need to do anything to them before I cover them in chocolate?

I accidentially bought whole beans rather that the ground coffee and I don’t have a coffee grinder. Would a food chopper work? Any other suggestions?

How to make a Cappuccino

At Island Joe’s Cafe and Coffee Roasting Company in old town Key West, Florida we make proper coffee drinks. A cappucccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 froth milk, then a latte would be 1/3 espresso and 2/3 steamed milk. Many who visit our cafe ask for an extra shot of espresso in their latte or cappuccino, but once we explain, we use the proper ratios, they do not have to spend the extra money and are very happy after they have tasted our espresso drinks

how do I get my espresso machine to not overheat?

I have a commercial espresso machine an Astoria single group or single head. It overheats and the pop-off valve releases. What can I do?

I want to make my own energy drinks, and I want to know how to extract caffeine from coffee beans or sugar cane, either one is fine. I want to know of a way I could do that and be able to put caffeine into a drink. Thank you.
