Poll: How do I make coffee?

I have seriously never made coffee before… How do I do it…?

And I know you use the coffee maker… But what do I do exactly?

Im trying to figure out how to use this small, pump-style espresso maker… it runs fine, but after about 4 sec. the espresso comes out thin & watery… why are there 2 sizes of the insert cup thingy that holds the grounds? how/when do i use the steam tube? can i make a cappuccino?

Don’t have a manual to this thing- it’s an 04, stainless, two red toggle buttons on front, a plastic container behind where the cups go. I’m assuming to fill water/milk. There is an opening on the top-black plastic. Has a black knob on right side, a steamer wand ( I think) on left and a L shaped handle on right. Need a step by step tutorial please. Thanks alot!!!

What is the cheapest espresso machine?

I need one to make lattes/cappucinoes, and mochas! Thanks. And add a website to it so that i can go check it out.

I’ve got a french press coffee maker, and I want to know if there’s anything to do to make my coffee taste better than it is. Like brewing time and other weird little techniques.

Looking to buy an espresso machine, advice?

I am looking to buy an espresso machine. I love coffee and know a good coffeemaker from a bad coffeemaker but have no idea about espresso machines. Most machines I have seen are in the ,000 and up range, but I have seen some online that are only 0 and have great reviews… am I getting what I am paying for and need to really invest or would a 0 machine be okay?

Links to good espresso makers are also appreciated :) Thanks.

I am checked out a few different machines on the internet.
Jura x9, Franke Flair, Schaerer Junior, Franke Evolution.

Where can I learn to do espresso machine repair?

I work for an independent coffee chain in Ohio and they have to out source all of the repair work, is there some way I can get certified to fill this void?
