I tested the video function of my camera by making this quick video that shows how a Nespresso Lattissima makes lattes. Maybe I’ll make another that shows it making plain espresso later, or one that shows how I make a cappuccino (instead of using the automatic functions I use it slightly differently).

A reaction between Potassium permanganate (KMnO4) and Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) , in which detergent take the advantage of the Effervescence effect to create foam. Noted that Permanganate stinks the foam to brown, and the reaction is exothermic, which makes this reaction seems to be making “Cappuccino“. Hazelnut Cappuccino Biscotti Ingredients DRY 2 Cups flour 1 Cup sugar ½ tsp Baking soda 1/ tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Cinnamon WET 2 Egg yolks 2 oz. Cold Milk 2 oz. Espresso ½ tsp vanilla extract OTHER 1 Cup Hazelnuts (toasted and chopped) ½ Cup chocolate chips Dough Combine dry ingredients in a large missing bowl In a small bowl combine espresso and milk Add egg yolks and vanilla extract and whisk together Combine wet and dry ingredients together with the butter to make dough Mix hazelnuts and chocolate chips into dough Bake Form dough into 2 equal balls and shape into logs Bake logs on parchment paper for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Allow logs to cool Cut log into one inch cookies Bake cookies again at 300 degrees for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side)
