Due to the responses to my Twitter post of a picture of my favorite morning beverage, I created this video tutorial on how to create a layered latte (actually a White Cappuccino or machiatto.) After I posted this to YouTube I discovered that this is not in any way an original idea, and in fact that Jura (the manufacturer of the machine I used in the video) makes another machine that does this with one button press. No new ideas I guess…
