That’s WRONG!!! The classic cappuccino should have a thin ring of light brown showing through the foam and around the edge of the cup. I have been in the coffee industry 20 years, the one you have just made looks pretty awful.

wtf would he make the shots before he steamed the milk? Those shots would be brown and bitter! Get the shots ready but dont pull them until your milk is finished or a few seconds before. That way it is as fresh as it possibly can be! OMG!
yeah, folkrocker is right, he just made a wet wet wet cappuccino if you want to call it that.
