You run a cafe using a silvia? That’s for home use. It would be worth it to purchase an actual commercial espresso which can handle volume and doesn’t make you wait every time you try to do something.
Plus you care so much to set a timer while extracting but then you just leave the shot sitting around forever while you steam the milk.
yes,that’s right..it took so much time to make a cappa,anyway this is my first small cafe,n i run it with a low budget,but maybe next month i will buy commercial machine.

FYI theese days in my cafe,people usually order ice blended than hot drinks,hehehehe so i think i still can handle the weakness of silvia
